The page header says 20 November 2026 to 7 January 2027, while the market block says 20 November 2026 to 6 January 2027. This guide uses 6 January, which is the date in the market information, and you should confirm the last day on the site.

The season

The market block lists every day 10:00–20:00, with longer food-court hours on Fridays and Saturdays (the later close was not fully visible in the text). It also lists 24 December, 31 December and 6 January as 10:00–18:00.

What to notice

• Trento opens a week earlier than Bolzano and is a natural stop on the railway between Verona and the Brenner.
• The end date disagrees with itself on the official page. Do not book a non-refundable night on 7 January for this market.

What to eat and drink

Unless a sentence names its source, these are specialities associated with the city, not a confirmed menu for 2026. Stall lists change every season.

• The tourism text mentions sweets and mulled wine in general terms. Polenta and apple dishes are Trentino’s, not a stall list.
