What to eat and drink
Unless a sentence names its source, these are specialities associated with the city, not a confirmed menu for 2026. Stall lists change every season.
- Pumpkin oil, which is Styria’s everyday speciality, is not particularly a market food. The stalls, when they are up, follow the Austrian punch-and-sausage pattern.

Graz Hauptbahnhof is about 20 minutes on foot, or a short tram, from the Hauptplatz.
