- Cuberdons and waterzooi are Ghent. Neither is a Christmas-market certainty.
Planning notes
- If you are in Bruges or Brussels, Ghent is an hour away and worth the walk even without stalls.
Getting there
Gent-Sint-Pieters station, then a tram to the centre. The walk from the station is too long to be pleasant with a bag.
